Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays may happen with the carrier if that does happen contact carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to different states.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 7000 Franklin Blvd Suite 1070, Sacramento, CA 95823. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6pm Monday- Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International shipping
All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS International Economy. Your order will arrive 6-10 days after the order is placed.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada
At this time, we do not ship to Mexico
Shipping is a flat rate for each province.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jcosmeticssac@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If package is lost by carrier contact carrier. After package has left warehouse there is only so much we can do to help. If package is delivered and stolen we recommend filing claim with carrier.
